A Big Opportunity
Doulos Girls Volleyball Team has the opportunity to compete in the Caribbean Volleyball Championship. There are over 200 teams in 10 different divisions. Some of the top teams from Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Canada and from across the United States will be coming together this week.
Doulos currently is the only team from the Dominican Republic attending in any of the divisions and will be competing in the 15 U division. All of us are extremely proud to represent Doulos, Jarabacoa, and the Dominican Republic.

Why It Matters
Last year, we won the Middle School (U14) championship for the LDCS league in Santiago. While we will still compete in this league against the top Private Schools in Santiago, we are seeking to take on larger challenges, and this tournament provides that opportunity.
Kingdom Opportunity
All of the teams that we are competing against are Club teams with no religious ties meaning we will be the only Christian school in attendance. We love the opportunity to model Jesus on the court and bring His light to all we compete against.
Our team also seeks to live as Christ’s ambassadors and “Go forth among the nations” as Jesus commands to model His love.
The Need
We need to raise $13,500 to cover the transportation, lodging, food, and other costs of all athletes and coaches.
