After graduating from college in May, I came to Jarabacoa as an intern with Students International. While I was interested in teaching internationally, I planned to return to the States after my internship to teach. As I was praying about what would come next, the Lord opened up the opportunity for me to teach at Doulos. God made it very clear that this is where He was calling me, and within just a few weeks, I signed on at Doulos.

The work of Doulos is important because:

What makes the work of Doulos important is that everything we do is focused on discipleship. I love having the opportunity to teach not just academic material, but also helping students develop into strong Christ followers and members of their community.

Hobby or fun fact:

I have gone white water rafting over 15 times!
